How far in advance do I need to place my order? 

We suggest getting in touch with us as soon as you have a date for your event so that we can pen down your request. As we bake on a part time basis, we do have limited availability so it's best to be confirm with us as early as possible. All orders will need to be confirmed at least 14 days before the event date.

How much cake do I need? 

We determine the size of the cake based on the number of people you need to serve. Our cakes are not measured by weight as this can vary depending on the choice of filling and decorations. A rough serving guide is below for your reference.

Do you deliver? 

Delivery is not available at the moment and all orders will need to be self-collected. If you really cannot pick up your order, let us know and we will see what we can do.

How should I store my cake?

Cakes should be kept in the refrigerator. Let your cake thaw for about 15-20 minutes before serving. Our cakes would hold up well for a couple of hours in an air-conditioned room. If the cake is left in an non air-conditioned room for too long a period, the buttercream may soften too much, designs may be affected and the texture would not be optimal.

Do you offer fondant cakes?

We currently don't use fondant because we feel they don't complement the texture or flavour profile of our cakes. Maybe in the future with more experimenting.
